Eastern Innovation is committed to ensuring that everyone can access and thrive in our business spaces. Our centre is for everyone, and we work hard to ensure events and workplaces are accessible and safe for all.

Key access information
Include common questions that are frequently asked by your customers or visitors. These can cover a range of topics related to your products, services, policies, and processes. How many questions should be on a FAQ page? This will vary based on what you think will help your users, but 10+ is a good range.
The centre does not have any stairs, and the doors are opened automatically via phone app or staff. There is a large gender-neutral bathroom and shower, with railing. Eastern Innovation also has a accessible adult change facility.
Support and assistance dogs are welcome 24/7. With a park attached to the centre, there is also the space to provide work dogs a place to take a break. Water bowls can also be provided for Guide Dogs upon request.
Eastern Innovation has a dedicated quite space, a private room with couch and blinds. The room can be booked and used a sensory space. Stim toys are also available upon request.
For individuals sensitive to light, we have offices available with limited windows that allow for total blackout.
